You bought the vehicle, the restriction came with it. You've been driving a truck someone else limited.
How I clear it
Through the vehicle's own immobilizer system, PATS.
I plug into the OBD port, access the module, and reprogram the key as admin. The restriction — speed cap, volume lock — is permanently removed. The truck returns to normal operation.

The price is flat — one price, confirmed with you before I come out. No travel fee within 10 miles of Chattanooga. Beyond 10 miles, a travel fee applies at $2 per round-trip mile, quoted up front before booking. Anything over 30 miles is outside our service area.
