Booking
Bookable at a flat $39 — I verify your vehicle before confirming.
A dead battery or a car that won't crank: I come to you, jump it where it sits, then test the battery and the charging system — how the battery holds up under load, and what the alternator is actually putting out with the engine running. You get the readings explained in plain English and a straight answer on whether you're looking at a battery, a charging fault, or something else draining it. Electronic testing only — I don't replace parts, and this is not a mechanical repair. Verified before I come out.
A flat battery is the most common reason a car won't start — and the easiest thing to get half-right. Jumping it gets you moving again, but it doesn't tell you whether the battery is on its way out, whether the vehicle is charging it properly, or whether something in the car is draining it while it sits.
I come to you with a jump pack and professional test equipment — your driveway, your office, your parking lot. First the jump start, so you're not stranded. Then the test: how the battery holds up under load, and the charging voltage the vehicle actually produces with the engine running, read live through the vehicle's own electronics and my test equipment.
You get the readings explained in plain English and a straight answer on what I'd do next — a battery, a charging fault, or something draining it. I don't replace parts, and this isn't a mechanical repair. If the cause turns out to be mechanical, I'll tell you that instead of charging you for another test.
What this addresses
- A car that won't crank, clicks once, or is simply dead in the driveway
- You've had to jump it more than once this month
- A battery or charging warning light came on
- The vehicle sat for weeks and now starts weak
- You need a jump to get moving — plus an honest read on the battery and the charging system
Compatibility
Battery and charging-system testing applies to 12-volt systems on gas, hybrid and electric vehicles; what I can read live varies by year, make and model, and a high-voltage pack is never jumped. Tell me your year, make, model and what the vehicle is doing, and I confirm what I can test before I come out.
How mobile service works
- 1Tell me your year, make, model, engine — and what your car is doing (or what feature you want changed).
- 2I verify your vehicle and confirm the service is supported before you spend anything — compatibility varies by year, make and model.
- 3I confirm the price with you before I head out. Prices are starting prices. No travel fee within 10 miles of Chattanooga. Beyond 10 miles, a travel fee applies at $2 per round-trip mile, quoted up front before booking. Areas over 30 miles away are outside our coverage.
- 4I come to you — your home, your office, your driveway. No waiting room, no dealership lane.
- 5I work with professional equipment, explain what I find in plain English, and deliver — a diagnostic report, a reset, a feature unlocked.
Common questions
Do you actually jump the car?
Yes — the jump start is part of the $39 visit, done where the vehicle is parked. Once it's running we go straight into testing the battery and the charging system, so you know what you're dealing with.
Is this a repair?
No. This is a jump start plus electronic testing. I don't replace batteries, alternators or parts, and I don't do mechanical repair — if the problem is mechanical I'll tell you so plainly.
Can you test my hybrid or EV?
The 12-volt side, on many models — and the high-voltage pack is never jumped. What's readable live varies by year, make and model, so ask me before you book and I'll confirm.
Does the price change?
It's a flat $39 for the mobile visit. I confirm the service on your vehicle before I head out, and anything beyond it is quoted before you approve it — nothing is charged before then.

Prices are starting prices, not guarantees. Final pricing can depend on vehicle, location, diagnostic complexity and requested procedure. This is an electronic diagnostics, coding and reset service — not mechanical repair. Diagnostics identify electronic faults but do not guarantee that a specific mechanical repair will resolve a problem. No dealership or manufacturer affiliation.
